Hôtel moyen-bon. Il n'y a quasiment jamais personne à l'accueil. Chambre calme, mais "froide" sans charme. On y passe la nuit et basta ! Tout de même bien situé par rapport au Vatican.

Weather was HOT thank goodness for our room having air conditioning. Bathroom needs an upgrade and the elevator didn’t work. A lot of stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Elevator not working

The beds were comfy but making sounds because it’s not a regular bed it’s just a pull out. Elevator is not working but when you book online is not mentioned that it’s not working although they helped us going into the 4th floor going in but now going out. I specifically looked for hotel with ac because it’s really hot. The ac was there but is not enough to make the room feeling like there was an ac because the ac is too small for the room with 5 people for two queen beds and a twin. I guess that’s how they do it here in Europe.

Good stay at a great location

Very convenient location to Vatican City, public transportation and downtown Rome. Was generally clean, but a bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available onsite for a reasonable fee ($12/night) with in-and-out privileges. Would stay again. No complaints for the price paid.

It was very convenient for us staying at this location the first two nights we were in Roma. They have shuttle services from FCO for a very reasonable fee. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican. Very accessible to buses, trains, taxis, restaurants. I mean it was awesome. The staff from Valerio, who was very attentive, Friendly and accommodating to our needs. Thank Valerio for all you did to us. Clara and Samy were amazing too. You guys made our stay in Roma very memorable.

The staff was incredibly responsive to messages days leading to the reservation. If you’re arriving past their designated office hours, please keep the hotel staff updated and keep them updated about your arrival time and the staff will make it out to you for check-in. This place was clean, nice, and had access to a fridge, microwave, water kettle, and even a Nespresso machine! The place is within a few minutes walking distance from the Vatican and a bus stop is conveniently right next to the building. This is a great location, and for those not fluent in Italian, the staff is familiar with Spanish and English. I would definitely come back and recommend to others wanting a spot close to the Vatican!

Engañosa la publicidad

Al llegar lo primero que me dijo el encargado que porque no había llamado para notificar mi estancia… (como extranjero sin teléfono celular local es complicado hacer llamadas). Nos preguntó qué cuánto pagamos por trasladarnos de la terminal al hotel, mencionando que había transporte más económico… (los turistas NO conocemos generalmente las ciudades que visitamos y por lo general pagamos más que los locales). De un viaje largo de 3 semanas fue el único hotel que nos hizo dejar un depósito de 100 € en efectivo. Que al pedir el reembolso al final de la estancia pareció que les molestó. El hotel está frente a la pared del Vaticano, pero no de la entrada por lo que tienes que caminar aprox. 15 minutos desde el hotel para llegar a los museos, Plaza San Pedro o Basílica. Por lo que es engañosa la información del hotel. La instalación es desagradable y el baño está lleno de hongos, hasta había una lagartija que nos acompañó por 3 días. La habitación vence a las 10:00 am, nosotros regresamos 9:30am y ya estaba abierta con nuestras cosas adentro y gente haciendo reparaciones ( muy desagradable). Te pueden cuidar tu equipaje de 10:00 am a 1:00pm después te cobran una exageración. Yo NO lo recomiendo.
