This historic property is in a beautiful neighborhood and offers great value, but because of its age it does need some renovation/maintenance. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn, carpets need cleaning or replacement and some minor mechanical repairs. Nonetheless this is a great place overall. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

My only issue is the gps takes you to their event bldg which isn’t connected. I had to call to find where the hotel was located. Highly recommended staying here if you’re in the area.

The property is impecable, rooms are huge, comfy beds, big bathroom and fluffy towels. Nothing compare to Paradores in Spain. We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel.
