Yes, the rooms are small, but that was specifically stated in the description. The hotel has so much otherwise to offer that I can't imagine spending a ton of time in the room anyway. First time at a Motto - very comfortable, and the sustainability features are a nice touch. I wasn't sure I'd like the communal coffee in the morning, but it was really pleasant to work in the common room for a couple of hours first thing. Yes the rooms are small - I'm a small person, so it was fine, but a really tall person might be uncomfortable.
