I was expecting a little bit more for the price I paid. It was the most expensive hotel in Van Horn. Very basic room two beds, tv and a desk chair. No other chair for second person to sit in. No ice bucket and no glasses. Very small bathroom. On the whole just an average hotel not worth the extra that I paid

When we arrived there was one person on staff and she was sitting on a couch on her phone. Lights in lobby were off as if the hotel was closed. On checking in she there was no greeting and minimal interaction. They also charged sales tax on the 50.00 pet fee which NO other hotel has ever done. There are abandoned containers behind the hotel, no privacy fence. The bed was flattened on the center table side so level sleep was impossible.breakfast was a small buffet of a joke. Will not ever stray in an Avid again

Hotel was fine. We stayrd in 4 different hotels on this trip, this was the 3rd best but cost 50% more than the others. Hated the motion light in the bathroom.
