When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception for check-in. We tried calling the number that had been provided, but no one answered. We were only able to get into the hotel after some other guests let us into the foyer, where we then found the correct phone number to reach someone for check-in – incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Check-out was just as bad – once again, the reception was completely unmanned and we had no idea what to do.
The room itself was very disappointing: it was loud, bleakly furnished, and overall uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom grout and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
All in all, a very poor experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
