First room smelled of smoke heavily. Second room smelled better. Walls floors and furniture very dirty and stained. Bathtub backed up when other rooms used toilet/tub. It was a 1star place. I would never stay again. I felt uncomfortable. It was more like long term section 8 housing. Very sketchy. People where loud constant flow of loud talking people coming and going. Like a trap house. Not the type of place I ever stay.

AC was not working, sheets were stained, did not offer hand soap, house keeping only comes once a week, parking is $10 a night, continental breakfast was incredible sad, creamer for coffee was chunky and gross. None of which was stated when booking online

Rooms was dirty in the front desk didn’t have any clean towels or washcloths, blankets or sheets. My blankets on my bed had cigarette burns.

Not happy with this location, room said non smoking but it absolutely had a lingering smell of smoke, shower didn’t work properly, and whenever the room adjacent used the shower a loud noise came into the room (including at midnight and early in the morning )

The room was disgusting and dated. I don’t care about the dresser. They’re all taped up and everything we weren’t planning on putting anything in them anyway, but the bathtub was filthy. The bottom of it was black when we turned the bed down to go to sleep remove the top comforter or bedspread, and when we pulled it back, the comforter that or blanket that was on the bed was filthy. It looked like it was just dragged through the mud. I had red stains on it and dirty as heck and when we walked in, there was a dirty rag laying on the floor very disappointed never saw a hotel room is filthy ever.

The room had a bad smell and the sofa coach had tons of cheetos and weird stains so we didn’t use it. We couldn’t sleep because of strong noises that were apparently other rooms showers.

Lobby staff unfriendly at check-in. Dirty counter and sink. A group was being loud in the common area outside our room until 2am. Called the lobby to ask staff to have them be quiet but did not get an answer.

First room was absolutely filthy. Ripped furniture. Stains everywhere and reaked of smoke. They did move us to a different room. It was better but still unclean. Dead bugs on the floor. Shower was gross. Never staying at an extended stay again

Everything about this place deserves 5 stars even down to the staff everyone has been very pleasant helpful & easy to communicate & deal with they make me & my children stay here very comfortable!! I will always recommend this hotel to somebody when in search of a good hotel to stay at in the city. Best of the best hands down

Bed was comfortable, room was cozy made u feel like home only thing that disappointed me was the stove didn’t work … I brought my own stuff to cook an couldn’t even cook for me an my other half I had to travel to make the food an bring it back but everything 100 thanks for the stay I will be coming back soon …

The rooms need to be properly cleaned. There were cobwebs and dust all over the place. There was hair in the sink and bath tubs. There were literally live spiders with huge webs and babies in the corner of each room. I am a guy and dont complain, but my lady was freaking out. Fortunately, after a call someone came and cleaned up the room for like 1.5 hours. But it should have been before we walked in there
