I need my refund fir the following reason; First night once we arrived to hotel Regency , the AC was not working in our room #1303 we reported it and then at 1 am they moved us to another room #603 that also has broken AC . They try to fix it , it took them longer then they put us in Room #1030 at about 4:15 am. No sleep all night . In addition by moving our luggage to 3 different rooms , my wife lost her dress or was stollen from her till the following day when we complained and reported the missing dress then they brought it to us after 2 hours negotiation and denial . This was the worst experience with Expedia since 2010 and I hope to receive my full refund. Thank you

Very old hotel, Wifi wasn't working staff kept lying it will be fixed and they are working on it. Some staff very rude, except Minar the girl at reception she was very helpful. Very badly managed property, seems manager didn't care at all of the customers and kept over ruling staff wanting to help the customers. Not recommended at all.

It’s ’OK’ but needs improvement

This an ok hotel. 3 stars. Not much more than that though. Supposedly recently renovated in 2023, not to the best of standards. The triple room bathroom design is terrible. Very little natural sunlight in the room. And a bit cramped in the room Can’t fault the cleaning/lobby/bellboy staff though. Very friendly and service with a smile. A credit to this hotel. Just a shame the physical place itself is outdated and dingy.

Suggest avoid this hotel at any cost if possible.

Very unpleasant management. I travelled with group of 7 people and at the front desk I was told that my booking was cancelled since I did not confirm my arrival/reservation (I never received any email from the hotels management or Hotels.com). There were atleast 5 more families who had similar experience. It is below par service from Hotels.com for not letting us know of any requirements and listing such facilities. End of the day no one takes responsibility (neither the hotel nor hotels.com).

We were four people and we were told, the rule supposedly was 3 water bottles per room. Every time we wanted to ask for something, it seemed like a huge task and as if they were doing us a huge favor. The staff were nice and friendly.

Walkable to Masjid Nabawi. Near hotel 2 minutes walk have ASIAN food stalls selling Indonesian & Malaysian food. Convenience shop and laundry all around. Very good spot. Hotel ok not bad. Food ok. If you’re not fussy and picky.

Great location to the Masjid only few minutes walk. Overall good stay. Only cons the pillow way to big/high that gives you a Neck ache and the free breakfast not the best. The staff and the service was great cant fault them
