Casa Nawalli was absolutely refreshing! Peaceful, clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

I had the best stay at Casa Nawalli in Puerto Vallarta. The room, views and terrace with the pool and sun beds were amazing. Fabiola the hotel host was truly fantastic and made my stay and experience 10/10. She reached out to me prior to arrival and was on hand to ensure all arrangements were made before hand, even helping me with adjusting my check-in and check-out dates last minute. She had a great positive energy, was super sweet and friendly, and had great recommendations that made my experience in Puerto Vallarta even better. My room was spacious with a modern and sleek finish, the bathroom too! Made me feel right at home every time I was in there. The views as soon as I stepped out my room, and from the terrace above were incredible… something that I didn’t get sick of. The location of the hotel was also ideal to get to places, just be conscious of the incline to get to the hotel by foot… but worth it with the views you get from being at the highest point. Highly recommend Casa Nawalli, and huge thanks again to Fabiola and Escarlet who made the experience for me and should certainly be acknowledged for their work and positive attitude that makes the hotel what it is!

The perfect Boutique hotel. Central but on a quiet street. Can walk or Uber to nightlife and top dining. Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. I will definitely be staying again when I come back to Puerto Vallarta!

This is such a unique property. High up on a hill overlooking the ocean with beautiful views. However, it’s still within walking distance to the ocean and lots of restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated with marble floors and mosaic tiles. We have also experienced excellent customer service!

The view of the sky from the top floor is gorgeous, but the pool is also very small fits a max of 2-3 people comfortably. unfortunately the surrounding area is filthy, the streets are filled with a ton of trash bags and smells horrible. The view from my room was just some grass and empty drinking bottles as well. they also state that they serve “continental breakfast” they are only serving fruit and yogurt. and don’t have any lunch or dinner so make sure you are prepared for that. The rooms have air conditioning but as soon as you step out its as if you’re in a sauna, in my opinion it was cooler outside.

El staff es impresionantemente amable, desde nuestra llegada, hasta el último segundo de nuestra estancia, el staff fue muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa, tranquilo. El desayuno muy rico, de los mejores panes de plátano que hemos comido. La vista desde la alberca es muy bonita, de las mejores en Puerto Vallarta. Muy cerca de todo, solo bajar escaleras y cruzar una calle y el malecón estaba ante nosotros. Excelente opción. Volveremos pronto.
