We stayed for four nights in this apartment, which has an amazing location. It is only a half a block from the main square and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops.
It is on the second floor, so there are a few steps, but not a big deal and there is an amazing breakfast place downstairs called Cakester Café.
The pros for staying in this accommodation are that the location is outstanding and it is very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the items you might need for a short stay and the refrigerator is huge. The Wi-Fi seemed to be working quite well and the washer was great to have. The shower worked fine and the bathroom was pretty nice. The apartment was cleaned nicely when we arrived.
The cons for staying in this place are that the bed was not comfortable at all and was squeaky every time you move around. A new mattress is definitely needed. Also, the windows are single pane and there was a huge amount of noise that came into the apartment basically all night whether it was inebriated tourists, or the trumpet every hour, we did not sleep very well for all four nights. But, this is not a dealbreaker and the location and amenities in the apartment are absolutely worth the price in my opinion. If the electronic lock does not work, use the same code for the physical key box.
