Et af de dårligste hoteller, vi nogensinde har boet på. Dårlig service i receptionen, overfyldt og beskidt restaurant uden ledige borde, maden var ofte ikke færdig, og der manglede tallerkner og bestik. Toiletterne ved poolen var ulækre og uden toiletpapir. Da vi ankom, var vores værelser ikke klar, og vi måtte vente helt til kl. 18.30. Et ophold fyldt med skuffelser – absolut ikke pengene værd.

The hotel is nice and clean. The beach is great. The aqua park is amazing. The pools are excellent. The only problem is the restaurant. The food is varied but the way it is cooked is bad.

Bij binnenkomen krijg je meteen een hele warme welkom door de receptionisten en guest relations. Heel mooie kamers. Eventuele gebreken worden direct aangepakt. Zeer mooi rustgevend restaurant met lekker en gevarieerd eten. Heel mooi, rustig en ruim zandstrand ideaal om te baden of snorkelen. Mooie propere zwembaden. Zeer korte transfer naar het aquapark.
