The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance to the train station and many sites for visitors. It is clean and the best part is the very welcoming, helpful, and available staff! They made it by far our favorite stay in Switzerland!

Checking went well and the process for parking your car at a nearby parkade was confirmed ( and there is a discount through the hotel ) The room was good , only issue for us was they were warm nights so with no A/C we had the windows open and there was a lot of external noise , especially on the Saturday night , with cars racing noisily down a nearby street. Just something to be aware of, obviously beyond the hotels control . The staff were very helpful and pleasant and while there are no bar fridges in the rooms, they did store my items in the restaurant fridge for me as requested .

How is this a 4 star hotel? Genuinely confused. If you’re travelling in the summer time, ask for an additional fan from reception because theres no AC and the room gets very hot!. The rooms are quite small and our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. Staff were great couldn’t be more helpful. I don’t think I would stay here again if I was in the city.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable- right in the center of old town with ready access to all modes of transportation Staff were very helpful especially Hussein who was very knowledgeable and helped us with trip planning They could do better with coffee and tra in the room though.

The hotel is in a great location, but it is very noisy at night, and the beds uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, so the rooms can get very hot during the summer. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel but if it’s hot it’s unbearable at night. No air con. Some of the charging sockets in the room didn’t work. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
