The room provided our basic needs for a 2 night stay. Good for short trips for adults traveling light and only coming back to crash at night. The air conditioner was very loud so it was difficult to sleep with it on and even after adjusting the fans the air would blow on the closest side of the bed. My husband woke up coughing anytime we tried to sleep with it on. It was a little difficult to find outlets to charge our devices (had to pull the bed away from the wall and put our phone in the bathroom sink). The place was clean and quiet, but if someone was staying in the room next to us, we probably lot would have been miserable with such old walls and a shared porch.

Check in went fine Last 2 full days there no pool towels. No creamer last 2 days. Pool need vacuumed skimmer was broken. No bags for the trash cans for daily trash. Ice machine was un able to produce for the amount of guest so we bought ice. Definitely wont be booking again. Loved the location. Showers inside way to small for bigger people

We stayed 2x’s at the Curry House in February 2026. We can’t recommend staying there because internet was awful and very inconsistent. It made it difficult to make arrangements for dinner, flights, tours, uber, etc. Plus the TV did not work. Roku is a no brainer but somehow they managed not to be able to get this correct either. On the first stay we tried to get it remedied by reaching out and asked if they would have it fixed by the time we came back the next weekend. It was Not fixed. Very frustrating to pay to when the basics don’t work at the Curry House on Flemming Street. The TV was NOT fixed and the internet was really, really, really bad. Also, the door has a numbered keypad, (great idea when it works), that didn’t work at three different times. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING particularly when you need to get into your room. So we cannot recommend the Curry House on Fleming on Key West, Florida. This day was not relaxing at all.

Best location

Beautiful historical Key West home with the best location. Naturally this kind of place is old and creepy, but the bed was comfortable and the place is clean. They utilized a keyless system and allowed us to check in early. There is no onsite staff beyond cleaners so if that is important to you, be aware. I found curry house to be an excellent value for key west in season and would stay there again

I was surprised by some negative reviews. My room was excellent with very comfy queen bed, cold AC and in a great location. It was an easy walk over to Duvall street. Has pool out back too. Bathroom is a little tight, but overall will stay there again.

For the price point it was fine. Clean. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is AC unit needs to be stronger. I was on 3rd floor and it was hit due to heat rising. If I were to rebook I’d book a room on ground floor. Otherwise I was satisfied. Price point delivered.

To begin, this is a shared house with privately reserved rooms. There were at least 6 rooms with maybe as many as 9-10 or so rooms. I was given a key code to enter the house, and one to enter my room. That's it for house instructions! There was a kitchen in the common area which I wasn't sure if it was for guests' use.The shower was TINY with barely a dribble of water. The remote for the TV turned the TV on but wouldn't operate anything else so the TV was unusable. There was NO staff presence with only a telephone number to contact a "management office". When I informed them of the issues, their response was, "Oh, well we would have put in a service call", NOT - we'll get someone right out to take a look! I might have been the only guest during my 5 days and in spite of the issues, I needed to extend my stay and asked, "considering the issues could they offer me an additional week at a substantially reduced price. The girl on the phone said, "sure, let me se what I can do for you." Sounded promising. She came back to me with a price that was $40 a night more than I was already paying...I'm outta here!

Small bedroom with converted closet occupying the toilet and stand-up shower. Sink is by the bed, dorm fridge in room. AC struggles and makes enough noise to let ya know. No humans on site. Called the help number for an issue and the person was not familiar with the location giving a generic solution.

Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return.
