Staff was okay. Definitely nothing special compared to other Vietnam stays I had. The venue is in a great location and main central to all. However, room is a bit old, dated and we got the KING ROOM - it's the living room one - and it was definitely a bit old and not clean. Sheets came very dirty and we asked for new sheets. They were nice when we were sick and gave us food to our room - a very nice gesture.
