the room is good and clean, staff is friendly and nice. overall a good place to stay, just that when its the weekends the place will be flooded with tourists and the lift will be hard to get. *even with the massive tourist on the weekends it is still not that noisy, as i do not get disturbed when i am in the room.*

Our room was non clean when we got there. They came and cleaned it, when we told them. Still the cutlery, glass and plates were dirty. We did not even get s clean sponge to clean it ourselves. Apartment was good, communication was good. The lift is the worse ever experienced. Waited 30-50mins for a lift for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. If you stay here and staying at level 16 & onwards. You’ll spend most of your time in Vung Tau waiting for the lift. Forget about having time to tour anywhere in the area.
