Buena opcion de hotel , no esta cerca de la playa pero ofrecen transporte para llevarte , ademas esta cerca de un chedraui y un cinepolis y la zona es buena, tienen restaurante y la alberca es muy bonita y los cuartos son comodos. Si lo recomendaria.

El hotel está rústico, viejo y no muy buenas condiciones. Si solo quieres dormir y no te importa estar ahí en el día, está bien. Rentamos la suite jr. Las camas están en segundo piso, el wifi no funciona en la segunda planta. No hay suficiente enchufes para cargar tu teléfono. La alberca tiene áreas que le faltan mosaicos. Comimos el primer día en el restaurante del hotel en playa Santacruz, muy malo y caro. Recomiendo comer en el camarón borracho y en el grillo marinero. El bufet del hotel es malo, lo compramos por 5 días y el sexto día no, el hotel nos andaba buscando para quitarnos la banda para que no comieramos, cuesta $220 pesos. Solo comíamos una quesadilla y café

Only stayed for one night. Very noisy, from people in the pool laughing to the room above, moving chairs, talking, things falling down until 12:00am or more. Call Recepcion, they asked to stop but people didn’t care. Next day before check out I wanted to go to the beach early in the morning (08:00) but safety box didn’t work, call the hotel and answer the maintenance staff enters at 09:00 so they couldn’t do anything. I complain of the service ant they took more than 30 min to resolve it. So I couldn’t go to beach! Had to go. Breakfast was good, more than a basic buffet and restaurant staff was good too.
