Nice short stay

Great overnight stay on the way through. Room was clean. They were updating the building, so there were some rooms closed off, but nothing that affected us, except we drove past the hotel a couple times because they are rebranding and the hotel name was different on the hotel than online. Pool was open and the children had a great time swimming. Especially loved that the pool opened early and closed late so we could go both at night and in the morning before we left.

Construction Zone

This hotel was in the middle of a huge renovation with lots of building materials in the lobby on the floor. Some areas on the main floor didn't have doors hung. It will be beautiful when it is done.

We Like It

Room has TV, microwave and fridge. The room is bigger than average and newly renovated. The building is under renovation and will be franchised under Hilton. Reception staff is friendly. Location is near a gas station, restaurants and WalMart. Complimentary food is adequate (sausage, eggs, toaster waffle, fruits, yogurt, coffee, etc.)

We stayed at this hotel before and found it clean and pleasant. The rooms were roomy. The staff was friendly. The property was apparently sold and is being renovated. Our room was nicely done and clean. The hotel name was changed. Ft Stockton is a very small town so dining is limited.

This hotel is completely under construction, I would not recommend especially if you have children. However once we made our way to the room it was clean & spacious. Don’t expect a continental breakfast there is only cereal on premises. However, if you go to their other hotel chain you’re able to have breakfast.The hotel clerk was helpful & kind.
