This is a spectacular guest house. The service (Daniela) was exceptional. Very easy access to everything yet a block off the beaten path so no tourists and a quiet street. The street outside isn’t inviting, but once inside the rooms, service, breakfast are extraordinary. This is an oasis. Our best location in Portugal, highly recommended!

Perfect Small Hotel

Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. There is a small backgarden, a little oasis to relax in when you've had enough sightseeing. Breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh products and so much choice. But my biggest praise goes to Daniella, who was just incredible and so helpful. I can't praise our stay and Daniella highly enough. We will definitely be back

Amazing building, staff helpful but we had trouble with the shower (only hot water or freezing cold, nothing in between) so we were not able to have a decent shower during our stay. They blocked the room in front for us to take a shower… same problem and the thermostatic valve stayed in my hand. The next day they offer us to change room but we didn’t want to pack for a couple hours… We asked to cancel our last night as we were very disappointed about our stay, they refused. So for all the inconveniences, we had ONE free breakfast during our stay… Daniela was nice and helpful but the management seems to not care about our confort in their hotel. One the nicest hotel room and building we saw but at the end we checked out very disappointed. Having a decent shower is basic when you book an hotel… even more in January in Porto. We don’t recommend
