El personal era muy amable y servicial. Absolutamente todas las personas con las que tuvimos contacto, fueron súper amables. Sin embargo, la habitación podría mejorar en términos de limpieza, y el baño era un tanto incómodo porque, es muy pequeño. También, quizá fue mala suerte, pero, nos tocó la habitación No. 1 y estaba en la entrada de todo, entonces, se escuchaba demasiado ruido toda la noche, lo que hizo muy difícil descansar. La ubicación es buena.

El lugar es muy colonial y acogedor, el personal es muy amable y atento a pesar de que tuvimos una confusión por medio de la aplicación, asi que para verificar su reserva, llamen y confirmen directo con el hotel, de ahí en fuera, el hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo y agradable en todo momento!
