The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better.

Lovely place & great location for us. Everything we needed was in the apartment & I liked how they used the space. Very thoughtful in this respect. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable, but I’ve slept (or not) on worse.

Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok!

Room was spotlessly clean, everything worked well, kitchenette was great, bathroom was spacious and everything worked well. Room was quiet despite it's location.Overall very good value for money and a very nice, clean, tidy room with everything provided in working order. Only negatives were the bed comfort (mattress) and the fact that the Aircon could not be adjusted (apparently it can only be adjusted between May and September, otherwise it is locked) meaning the room was uncomfortably warm at night. Windows could be opened, but the room sits on one of the busiest roads in London, so your trade off is either a verywarm room or a very noisy one at night. Otherwise I would recommend, but with the provision that you book a room at the rear of the property, and not at the front which does sit on the busy road.
