Very convenient area and I appreciate the valet parking. The bathroom was missing hand soap and the dishes were a tad dusty, along as the dusty window sill area. But it was a fantastic stay. The complimentary breakfast was great and I’d love to return to this space again for a quick trip. Walking distance to event spaces and food area.

Grand national tour

A few friends and I stayed here for the grand national tour. Our room had a few hiccups but front desk was amazing and handled everything perfectly. The hotel is walking distance (10mins) to the Bank of America stadium so that was a plus. Cons: the breakfast workers are so rude. The male that made the pancakes had the worst attitude and the cleaning staff was throwing things around the lounge area. Parking was 40 for valet parking or 60 for the garage.

When I walked into my room, I was very impressed! The layout of the king room was so nice. The bathroom was very spacious and fully stocked. The lighting was plentiful. The kitchen sink in the room with a full sized microwave, real flatware, dishes & a nice sized refrigerator were added touches. The desk was nice with a comfy chair. The lounge chair in the room was really nice as well. The whole room was aesthetically pleasing with a coffee maker and some of my favorite teas. The mirror/artwork piece in the main room was especially appealing!

Didn’t have room service the whole time I stayed I did request it one time on Sunday. Request a clean towels and toilet paper. Because we ran out of toilet paper and no one came and did the service got back to the room at 10 PM and I had to go down to get the stuff and then they told me you didn’t have washcloths.

There's only VALET parking for $38 a night. If you're lucky you get to stop in front of the hotel, otherwise they tell you to go and park on level 6 at the garage nearby and then walk to the hotel and anyway you are paying 38 dollars for this! Unbelievable! Breakfast is not great and the staff in the kitchen is not very friendly.

Nene at the front desk was amazing and was able to give us a room with a city view. Great efficiency with full size refrig! Love this hotel. Just missing some usb charging ports that should be in a brown new hotel. The best part of this hotel for me outside of the hotel was its location to Whole Foods and CVS within a block. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.
