Staff amazing. Good Coffee and tea in lobby was a real treat. Walls are paper thin so can hear every little sound. Greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk who let us check in a bit early, as the roads were better than anticipated during the winter. We always stay here to break up our trip to Alberta and then back home. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negatives were that the fridge made a beeping sound (which was easily fixed by unplugging it) and the nice, big jacuzzi tub didn't work. The power button was broken, and it had been that way for a while. I would ask to ensure the tub works in your room at the time of reservation or check-in. It's a good room for weary travellers.
