Overall average stay, beds were comfy and room seemed clean. Beware if you have several suitcases requesting a bottom floor would bee ideal as there is no elevator.

Ignoran al huésped en el teléfono de la app

Entregaron una habitación que estaba llena de polvo y de telarañas, justo cuando llegamos se fue la persona de recepción y jamás contestaron el teléfono que dejan en la app y en el que nos contactaron para darnos las instrucciones, recibimos una habitación que no era la que reservé por lo tanto tuvimos que dejar la habitación después de hablar con Hoteles.com para explicarles que no recibimos la habitación reservada, la peor experiencia

The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic acid and toxic chemicals and pesticides (many kinds pesticides) upstairs and downstairs and outside my windows and outside my door.they give me one bottle(20liters) water(I want to buy,but they did not charge me,because they put formic acid on bottle mouth.) They are really not good.

Todo estuvo súper excelente durante mi estancia, es confortable para 9/10 personas que fuimos los que nos quedamos, me gustó mucho el departamento, el único inconveniente que le veo son las Sábanas, que parecen sarapes de rancho, un poco rústicas y antiguas, olían a “Guardado” pero de ahí en fuera, la estancia es placentera, fácil acceso a todas las atracciones de Mérida, más si vas con una familia numerosa, recomendado a full ☺️☺️

Amplio y excelente ubicación

No hubo problema para hacer check in aunque llegamos casi a las 7 pm trate de avisar con tiempo pero me contestaron el teléfono hasta 1 día antes. A solo 10 min de la embajada USA que era el principal motivo de nuestro viaje por lo que la ubicación fue excelente. Los muebles están un poco descuidados (despintados en su mayoría) pero todo funciona, las camas son cómodas, fue una estancia de un día por lo que el precio vale completamente la pena porque nos quedamos toda la familia

Buen hotel céntrico relación calidad-precio y céntrico a 10 o 15 minutos del centro caminando y a una cuadra de paseo Montejo, las habitaciones son amplias y el personal muy atento y amable, los únicos detalles son que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y tienes llegar más tardar a las 8 PM, si no tienes que buscar lugar en la calle, había un olor muy extraño a gas en una habitación, el personal de recepción no está 24 horas y no puedes consultar información, el último día falto agua por la falta de mantenimiento del hotel, todo lo demás está bien.

Las sábanas y toallas limpias,.solo se ve q no hay una limpieza. Afondo pero la ubicación es genial aparte puedes entrar a la hora q puedas y no hay cargo extra..hay papel,jabón agua, clima, todo bien
