Room was tired, stains, blind rusty and didn’t work, I chose a room with a window, but there was no view, a wall instead an couldn’t open the window even a tiny bit for fresh air, waste of money; fire alarm covered with plastic bag, receptionist had to connect the card machine to her personal phone to take payment; the adjoining restaurant is basic and they don’t even bring food to the table, but shout to you to come and get it; wooden throw away knives and forks, plastic cups; then present you with an A4 frame to review them!! Food cold. This is not 4 star!! More like 2 star at best

The room itself was fine but there was a humming noise and vibration every few minutes possibly the fans right outside. Someone spilt water over the carpet. We had wet feet as soon as we walked over the carpet. The mirror in the bathroom is useless, you can hardly see yourself, also the mirror in the hallway is not good for doing makeup. The room smelled possibly because of the water in the carpet. The room had no fridge. All pretty basic but ok for 1 night.

Very nice little hotel in Kilburn!

Friendly, polite staff. Room was clean and had all you need for a short stay. I didn't use the restaurant as only there for the 1 night but it looked very good. Very close to the nearest station and within walking distance to 3 others too for getting around. Plenty of shops, bars and places to eat in the area. I used this for a trip to Wembley Stadium, and would do so again!
