The reception team and the breakfast were excellent...many thanks to all of them. However, I can’t say the same for housekeeping. Even though the check-out time is 12:00, from around 8:30–9:00 a.m. onwards they were extremely noisy, almost as if they deliberately wanted everyone to wake up. In fact, there was a level of intrusion where they knocked on the door and then immediately opened it and entered the room. In the room next door, our son wasn’t feeling well, so we needed to check out around 11:00, but the noise from the housekeeping team continued nonstop.

This hotel needs a good renovation. The bathroom tiles were disgusting. I wore my shoes everywhere. The small window has no blackout. I felt people could see you sleeping. And, the light from outside was coming through. I barely slept. The sheets had stains and hair. I had to change rooms because the door lock didn't work. The room smelled. Just an uncomfortable stay.

Séjour malheureusement très médiocre, avec une réalité bien loin des avis positifs publiés … sont ils tous vrais tellement l’écart est grand ! Alors certes pas cher… mais quand vous rentrez dans la chambre qu’il y a une poignée de cheveux mêlée de saletés… et c’est ça tout le long de l’extérieur des chambres à croire que la maigre bande d’herbes sert de sac à aspirateur de plein air! Je ne parle pas d l’état du carrelage de la douche (en fait un revêtement plastique) moisi et évidemment bourré d’humidité … Heureusement les draps étaient propres… seul point positif avec le tarif… Très éloigné des standards Kyriad
