This is a very nice, centrally located hotel in Santo Domingo. It's clean and when you make a reservation it is a transparent experience (You Get What You See advertised). The restaurant could be improved with some more options than just fast food and maybe somebody who can speak the local language would be good in that area. Also, providing an option for early check-in may be a good idea.

Dislike: Bad WIFI , NOT CHANNELS available, the Bed was very bad. Hotel administrator is not friendly. 5 nights 3 nights without sleeping well due to bed. TV with only one channel. Alojamiento sencillo y económico. Bien ubicado. Cerca hay una hamburguesería (creo que solo para llevar) Domin Burguer y todo muy rico. El desayuno del hotel sencillo y rico pero tuvimos que presentar que en la reserva teníamos desayuno ya que en el hotel no les aparecía y esto retrasó mucho el servicio.

Lo que no me gustó fue que me ubicaron cerca del lobby. Ese dia el hotel estaba concurrido, por lo que el ruido de las personas en recepcion era muy percibible. Pidan que la habitacion esté retirada del lobby. La mejor experiencia fueron las atenciones del personal del area del comedor. Lo más desagradable fue el hecho de que, ante mi queja por el ruido en el lobby, el personal de recepcion no fue diligente. Otro detalle fue que, en la aplicacion de experia aparecia el desayuno incluido. Pero en recpccion, a ellos le aparecia que no estaba incluido. Tuve que mostrarle la reserva en mi celular para que pudieran aceptar.
