Staff is never at the desk. There is a number you can call/text but they don’t always answer. The room I had had a lot mold near the windows and in the bathroom and the hall ways smell heavily of smoke.

The property is accessible to all sorts of transportation, it is also near food stores and restaurants. However, the room doesn’t look clean. The room is not well ventilated, the carpet is dirty and the water supply is weak.

No beating around the bush… the place is tired haha, but it served its purpose for the one night. Very much a hostel sort of vibe and that’s what we needed for a match day in London. Beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and had a good sense of humour :p Plus it was a 5 minute walk from the tram stop. Looks dated on the outside but the room was clean and well kept. The only issue we found was there was no way to turn off the heated towel rail in the bathroom so it was like a sauna in there. Beds comfy and slept well.

Get what you pay for. Clean bed with off street parking. No additional facilities, would benefit from decorating. Kind staff. Very good location close to the M1 and short walk to the nearest tube station. Would recommend for the price you pay.
