Stayed for 1 night. Excellent advance communication to me about check in. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Very peaceful setting. WiFi not very good. Lovely breakfast and nice hosts. Would stay again, but it is isolated.

What a hidden gem! The location is so beautiful. Our “cabin” was a truly unique stay. The views outside our room were stunning. The food was very good. The staff were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us. So glad we found this place!

Lovely place and quite remote. About 15 minutes drive towards sites in Ninh Binh. We were freezing though. Had to sleep with an electric blanket and the heating on all night. So better to stay when it’s not as cold. We visited in January.

Room was clean. The shower area could have been cleaner. The staff and amenities could not have been better. Lucas was very knowledgeable and helpfull. Its very wuiet and peaceful. Recommend if you could use a break from the honking, noise and traffic.

Beautiful area with nice pool and clean room. The individual cabins are quite spacious. Staff is attentive and provide a restaurant on site. A little bit out of the city area but easily accessible by grab.

Super friendly staff going above and beyond to help with anything you need. They booked the full day local tour for us which was fantastic with a local guide and I would highly recommend. Rooms were comfortable and large. Coffee for breakfast was superb. Breakfast itself limited but sufficient. Visit Hoa Lu old town (8 min. Grab ride) by the river for a nice river front walk with tons of restaurants and super friendly people.

If you are looking for a Four Season style hotel then this is not your spot. But if you are looking for “glamping” with gorgeous nature around then this is it. Most notably is the hot shower runs out after about 10 minutes. So this is what I mean by “glamping” But otherwise a great serene place with amazing views of Ninh Binh mountains on the backdrop. Lucas (the hotel manager) was amazing as was the rest of the workers. The fish ponds around added so much to the taste of being the nature. The dogs are friendly and often came to say hello to us. We are dog people so we enjoyed meeting them.

Zeer mooi hotel. Gezellige kamers in aparte hutjes. Vriendelijke mensen. Menu is à la carte en je kunt meerdere dingen bestellen. Eitjes en pannenkoeken met ananas waren super lekker! Ook de French toast was goed. Groot mooi zwembad. Je kunt een scooter huren of Grab nemen om makkelijk weg te geraken. Ik denk dat ze ook fietsen hebben. We hebben genoten van het verblijf.

Good location. Lots to see and do near by. Resort has potential but is more of a mom and pop quality . Nice chickens, ducks animals of lost kinds around. Restaurant is pricy with small portions . Cheap scooter rentals but ours had no working gas gauge or speedometer. Dogs barking all night and paper thin walls transmit all voices and noises . I would stay again but not for everyone.

Heerlijk rustig park, verscholen tussen de heuvels en weg van de drukte. Mooi zwembad, alleen omdat het op natuurlijke manier gezuiverd werd, was het troebel en groenig. En heel warm, maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen. Uiterst vriendelijke mensen en lekker eten.

I booked this place on the strength of the rating but I have to admit that I felt really let down. It all started with the poor welcome and reception that we received i.e. left standing outside a closed gate with all our luggage under the hot sun for sometime before the staff eventually arrived and no help offered with our luggage. The safe in the chalet did not work. The waste water from the bathroom basin was emptying directly into the pond (with fish) behind the chalet as the waste pipe had become disconnected. There was a strong sulphuric stench when we started using the water in the bathroom. I suspect that there may be bacterial build up in the water system. The food in the restaurant was disappointing and was really hit and miss on what was served with my orders. I ordered an omelette for breakfast and was served scrambled eggs, ginger tea was served instead of green tea. What was supposed to come with rice noodles came with rice instead. There were 3 power outages during our 2 days stay and no torch provided in the chalet. These last from 30 minutes to nearly 2 hours. No back up generator and communication was really poor. On the plus side, the staff tries their best. They were very helpful and friendly but cannot compensate for the poor amenities. The area around the chalet is lovely but the location is quite remote. It is a drive to get anywhere. Around 15 minutes to Tam Coc.
