LOUNGE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE , POORLY FITTED CURTAIN RAIL THAT DID NOT FUNCTION AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE CURTAINS WHICH EVENTUALLY FELL DOWN AND WAS NOT REPAIRED , NO TOWEL RAIL THAT HAD FALLEN OFF PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL WAS NOT REPLACED , WC CONTINUALLY LEAKING, TOILET ROLL HOLDER IN NEED OF FIXING, PARKING OFTEN NOT AVAILABLE , WASHING MACHINE MALFUNCTIONED CONTINUALLY, NO CLEANING UNDER BED EXTREME BUILD UP OF DUST AND DIRT, PAINTING THROUGHOUT APPEARED TO BE BY AMATEURS I DON'T THINK THIS IS A 4 STAR RATING!!! , WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN

Apartment in einer guten Gegend

Hotelausblick war großartig und auch ein großes Apartment mit 2 Bäder und 2 Toilettenmit viel Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden. Große Balkons mit Meerblick und Stadtblick. Nachteil: Es ist sehr laut, da es an einer großen Kreuzung liegt. Die Fenster und Balkontüren sind nicht alle mehr intakt (kann man nicht richtig zu machen) und zeitgemäß, weshalb die Lautstärke ins Apartment dringt. Möbel sind auch austauschbedürftigt, da die Sofas abgesessen und kaputt sind. Zudem sind die voller Flecken.

Great family stay for a great price

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Pools clean. Good for kids aged 9 and 6, with the option of indoor or outdoor pools. Not too far from Cavil Ave. If you're not too fussy on the most glamorous decor, then this is the place for you.

Needs a deep clean

I cannot say about the quality of other apartments in the complex but the apartment # 4 is to be avoided at all cost. We have booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. We have travelled a lot but even the third world countries offer better level of cleaning and quality. Disgusting, filthy, ants infested place suitable for squatters but not for a paying customer. They kept the remote control from the air conditioner and wanted extra payment for the use of the air con but gave us the control after requesting . Extra pay for the WiFi. The complex was build in 1980-s and the apartment 4 has never has been cleaned since then. Broken chairs on the balcony, we didn't have enough sits to sits for everyone on the balcony The rooms and curtains need to be cleaned The location of the complex is good, just avoid apartment 4.

The staff were very accomodating & the room was great! My only concern was the bathrooms were a little dirty & around the taps were very black & mouldy. However i would definitely stay in this hotel again! MY kids loved the heated pool.

Rooms where nice, nice views of the river and beach, a fair walk to cavill, $300 bond was scared to touch anything incase it broke then would lose the bond, have to pay for air conditioning, comes with foxtel, no free wifi - overall was okay

My stay was for 7 nites. Room cleanlines was fine. Unfortunately there were no door to one of the bedroom's bathroom. Quite inconvenient because I had 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl) The other bathroom door was faulty too (unable to lock) Supply of toiletries was also limited. only 1 toilet roll for each of the 2 toilets but for 7 nites. Overall...it was fine...but the wardrobe/furniture needs some upgrading.

Spacious, clean apartment with balcony all around and great views of the city, the river and ocean. It is an older (1981) building, however, and the sound proofing from outside is not up to date, so the street noise can be an issue. Weirdly small bathroom.
