It was an amazing stay in Vienna. The apartments had a great view. It is located at a short distance from the main station (hauptbanhoff) and has a supermarket round the corner. One suggestion: pls keep a pair of scissors

Nicely appointed apartment. Was a bit strange having no reception but communication was good and was able to leave bag round corner at the other property. Close to tram and only 10-15min walk to main train station. Trains to Bratislava and other cities.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The dishwasher and the refrigerator were clean and worked perfectly. There was also plenty of detergent for the dishwasher. The hotel worker communication was also very good. When you need help, no matter what time it is, they respond sincerely. Don't be afraid of Vienna being cold. The rooms were very hot. Even though we turned on the heating system at 50%, it was still very hot.

The location is great, close to the Belvedere palace. It's in the embassy neighborhood next door to Spanish Embassy. The apartment is nice, spacious. The only problem is the musty smell from the bathroom as it has no window. We needed to open all windows in the apartment to let the smell go. There was no coffee capsule even though there is a coffer machine in the kitchen.

O local corresponde exatamente às fotos. Passei 3 excelentes dias no Pakat e ao final ainda reservei um dia a mais. É um excelente apartamento. A localização é muito boa, uma rua bem tranquila, residencial, sem barulhos. Fica a menos de 5 minutos da estação de metrô Taubstummengasse e perto de diversos mercados. Fica a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada da famosa igreja Karlskirche e a uns 20 do centro da cidade. O apartamento é bem limpo, organizado e tem tudo para uma estada tranquila. O único ponto que pode ser melhorado é a comunicação pois no último dia fiz a extensão da minha reserva para mais 1 dia e eles simplesmente não viram. E eu ainda avisei pelo chat que tinha feito a extensão da reserva (o que eu nem precisaria ter feito). A camareira bateu na porta como se a gente estivesse atrasado para realizar o checkout e explicamos a situação. Alguns minutos depois um rapaz chegou (talvez o gerente ou dono, não sei) e acabou se desculpando e solicitando que trocássemos de quarto. A sorte foi que não saímos cedo para passear e ainda estávamos no quarto, pois senão não sei o que teria acontecido. Tirando esse imprevisto, eu recomendo fortemente a hospedagem e certamente voltaria a ficar lá novamente, assim como vou recomendar para amigos no futuro.

Das Apartment gehört offenbar zu einem nahegelegenen Hotel und wird von dort aus mitbetreut. Die Sauberkeit ist grundsätzlich okay, wenn der Eigentümer jedoch bei der Auswahl der Materialien und bei der Art der Reinigung mehr auf die Werterhaltung achten sollen hätte. In ein paar Jahren wird alles recht abgenutzt wirken, wenn das so weitergeht. Man findet in der Küche die notwendige Grundausstattung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wenn man mehr kochen möchte, als nur ein Fertiggericht aufzuwärmen, würde man wahrscheinlich schnell anstehen. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Fön, der eigentlich in dieser Zimmerkategorie obligatorisch ist.
