Everything about the property is great. Beach access. Room beds are great. Views if you get the right rooms are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Only downfall is the elevators. It’s nothing bad just weird. You’ll know what I mean if you stay there. But definitely book this hotel say don’t think about it. It’s worth it.

This suites have it all in excellency, view, service, food, & cleanliness! All of their personal were super helpful & attentive. Love it it is only 28 suites, it makes it very relaxing and intimate. The view to the beach is beautiful. Food was excellent. The best option to have the best vacations since this hotel has it all.

This is my second stay at this property since its opening in november. The staff here make this an even more amazing place to stay. Housekeeping is always immaculate, the pool bathrooms always clean. The staff really seem to care about keeping this property in its near new state. Everything is conveniently located and within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay even though we had hurricane Erick pass close by. The staff went out of their way to help continue to enjoy our stay. They worked with us to add a day to our reservation due to our flight being canceled right before checkout. I would suggest they get a back up generator. But overall wonderful experience given the circumstance.

I wasn't shown or told how hotel operates. 3 elevators to get to room. crazy crowded with different hotel ppl during the day. food is terrible. takes long time to receive. beach not private. overcrowded with locals and the other hotels guests. they want you out quick on check out day. maid walked in to turn over room at 10am. front desk told me I had to go at noon. eventually after complained they wanted me to pay late check out. no room included in that. left stressed out and not happy

Fantastic new hotel. Ocean view rooms have a great view of the beach and water. Food is typical for all inclusive resorts. Staff is great but very limited English understanding….but then I have very limited Spanish abilities so why should I complain.
