The staff is nice and they provide all toiletries in the lobby including mouthwash, however the room is terrible. Stains on the walls and stains on the linens. Not very clean in the shower and it needs major renovations. The white plates they use for breakfast had the coating peel off each day which is unsafe and should be replaced for food safety.

First time Japan tourists. This hotel was in easy walking distance from Shibuya station/Shibuya scramble. Overall the hotel was brilliant, staff helpful and clean but a little dated. Food options downstairs were great, She Wolf Diner is incredible. Great atmosphere and burgers. Couldn’t have probably picked a better location for the walkability. We went to the station each day and travelled all around Tokyo. Really enjoyed our stay here.
