The room was small - but most are in Japan - it was clean and it served it's purpose for our trip. It's not super close to the touristy places BUT it's less than a 10min walk to the train so it's super convenient in that way!

Pro: Good location, not quite far away from city centre. Con: The hotel is divided into 2 buildings with a public car road in between, which is not convenient for P2 block. Moreover, things inside room is getting old.

It was actually quite cosy. We had a small room but good enough for 2 people, very tidy the house keepers were amazing. great location. And plenty of stores near and very close to the building.

Nice stay

I had a great time here. It was my first time in Kameido. The hotel's near a small shopping mall, a few minutes walk away from the train station, and away from the inner city noise. I would definitely come back.

It was okay. Housekeeping was an additional cost. The location was quiet and not crowded. Train station is nearby, but it would take 30-45 mins if visiting locations in central Tokyo. It was close to kameido clock. Staff were helpful and accommodating!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and the location is very convenient, with a supermarket, mall, and convenience store all very close, as well as the train station in walking distance.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I have previously stayed with this hotel group and had a very positive experience with their clean and stylish design, so my expectations were high, but this visit was far from it. The location was not convenient, requiring a walk of over 15 minutes to reach either the JR or Metro station. The hotel is split into two buildings, and our room was in the second one, which has no front desk staff. This was very inconvenient, as we had to walk to the first building just to get fresh towels since there was no daily room cleaning service. The building is located in a quiet residential area, which was a plus. However, the room's design was very strange, feeling like a converted residential unit with an "uncomfortable" layout. The door opened outwards, which felt a bit unsafe. The room also felt a bit old in some areas, with a strange mix of an older front section and a more recently renovated bathroom area. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the "uncomfortable" feeling in the room was a major drawback. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Very easy to get to Tokyo mainstream areas. Very simple rules you need to follow, but it is very easy to live there. Kameido clock down the block and convenience stores everywhere.
