The location was surprisingly perfect. It’s nearby a lot of bars and restaurants that I wasn’t expecting to be walking distance. Something about the listing made it seem very sketchy, but getting there and seeing the room I was very, very pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness and how modern it was. Only annoying part was that they didn’t remember I was checking in early and had to sit outside for a bit so advice for anyone doing that is to call while you’re on the way to the hotel.

Staff on site was lacking and did not speak English. We waited 24 hours for 2 additional towels. On the first night we were told they overbooked and we had to leave. I stood my ground since we were working during Art Basel. Then after all that- we were a bit late on checkout and they told us after 12 they will charge. I will not be staying there again.

Nice location for Marlins and calle ocho

Ideal location to want to walk to both a Marlins game and to Little Havana, only a few blocks for both. Room was small and clean. Small kitchenette was heplful. The bathroom was very small and the shower was the narrowest i have ever seen, just wider than my shoulders. The staff was very prompt and helpful with communication. I had a great night of sleep, neighborhood was residential and quiet.

There was only one duvet cover on top of the bed, no flat sheet, no cover. It wasn't enough to cover both of us so we've been cold all night after the cold shower. - no way to control the AC
