O prédio é novo, possui bom custo benefício. Quando cheguei o edredon estava sujo mas foi trocado quando solicitei e a lâmpada do banheiro queimou depois de uns 2 dias da minha estadia mas foi resolvido rapidamente. Possui tudo que precisa sem luxo mas pelo preço está ótimo

Local novo, bem mobiliado, organizado e limpo, todos itens funcionando. Conseguimos dormir bem tranquilos, local com pouco barulho, dependendo do horario um pouco de barulho de transito, mas nada que impedisse de descansar. Localização boa, cerca 10 minutos andando da estação de metro mais proxima e 5 minutos da estação de onibus.
