Rooms were cute and accomodating. Bed was very firm. Property overall was cute and quaint however needs quite a bit of upkeep....paint, wooden deck loose, etc. The absolute worse part of our trip were the mosquitos. The property was full of them!! I think with some sprucing up and mosquito control the place could be very nice

Absolutely loved this place. Was there with my daughter and grandchildren for my birthday. Great place if you have small children because of the location and being right on the beach, you don’t have to drag all of your things very far. The owner Is so friendly and welcoming she definitely makes you want to come back. I thought the price was reasonable. If you going for an overnight or a weekend or a week I think it is a wonderful place to stay.

The location of this hotel and how close it is to the beach was amazing! We loved that you could walk to the beach and have easy access to come back for snacks and anything you might have forgotten. We used the outdoor eating and hangout areas every day to eat with friends we were staying with. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and make ourselves feel at home. All the staff was extra friendly and welcoming and came daily to empty our trash and supply any clean towels we needed.

Great stay!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. They have beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs …and a helpful and pleasant manager. It is older and not perfect but it was clean. I will go back. Beach is family friendly.

From checking to check out, felt so taken care of. Wendi is wonderful at the front desk, faithful for the warmth and kindness. Relaxing!

We love the quiet, comfy, and peaceful atmosphere. They had chairs, umbrellas, beach towels for the beach and more. Fire pit and Grill & supplies available. We personally like a firmer bed… it was still comfortable. Love it.

It is a lovely little property, but sadly at the time we were there, there was dredging on the beach. They were going to give ma a credit on that, but haven’t seen it yet. Cute rooms and we had the living dining combo with a kitchen. The rooms that are comfortably decorated. It’s right on the beach, so there is a bit of a musty smell and the room could probably use a good cleaning as you could see dirt on the vents and walls around the vents. I couldn’t use stairs so we were moved to a nice unit on the first floor as the only other 2 bedroom was upstairs and they gave me credit for the downsize. We loved sitting in AAA couple of the areas on property just enjoying the breeze and water views. The woman at check in was so very kind and accommodating.i would go back just for her. Some good restaurants within a half mile. All in all it was a nice stay.

Amazing place to stay.

This place was amazing! The property was so peaceful and laid back. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a more quiet vacation. The condo felt very homey and cozy. Staff was also friendly. This will be a place that I will come back to if I’m in the area again.
