We had a slight issue with our room the 2nd night of our stay. We felt that the staff handled this issue very well and were extremely kind. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great location. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The coffee in the lobby area and the court yard to hang out in are big pluses as well. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This place its in a very safe and walkable area, so many good restaurants and bars near by a 10 minute uber ride from the zocalo center, the room was very clean and comfortable bed. We stayed in the Junior suite and Look forward to staying again here in our future visits.

Wow! Staff was super nice and friendly. Due to some tours we had planned we accidentally left some valuables in the room. When we came back from our tour to pick up our luggage and head to the airport staff surprised us with our belongings. Everyone in this facility made us feel safe and well taken care off.
