There is a great experience at the reception
In this hotel, there is a big problem in confirming the reservation and receiving the room. Although all the reservation procedures on my part were normal and the payment was made and confirmed, but the receptionist refused to confirm the reservation. She said that what she had was a reservation from another company in my name (Booking) and that I did not pay and that she replied to them that there were no rooms. If I had not called the number on the hotel.com page, I would not have received the room. Many thanks to the person who answered the phone and solved the problem. As for the receptionist, she should check what she is doing and differentiate between the types of reservations. Otherwise, the matter was normal.
