Arrived at 8 pm. They did they had a computer problem and couldn't make keys. We sat in the lobby and waited until 10 pm. Then we decided to book a different hotel. As we were leaving they said they could make our key and let us in. We asked for a refund and left. Things do happen but the staff did not offer any resolution except "wait there and have a free drink"

Thus hotel is located just one block away from Time Square. The hotel was a very clean and within walking distance to the Pier and the Park. Affordable offsite parking is very conveniently located just across the street. It was so easy to park and ealk to the hotel. The lobby was welcoming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pur room was super clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food choices. We cant say enough great things about he staff. This hotel is affordable, quiet and very clean. We highly recommend it.

This is a relatively new hotel. Great location with excellent access to public transportation. Staff was kind but not knowledgeable about public transportation. Easy walking distance to Time Square , most theaters and 12 blocks to Central Park. Has a decent lobby and breakfast which was standard Marriot fare good. We will return’

My husband and I stayed for one night so we could see a play right across the street at the marquee theatre. The location was perfect, the room was small but had everything I needed and was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again. It was close to Times Square and the continental breakfast was really good (I made a waffle using the waffle machine). Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We go to New York a few times a year to see Broadway shows. This excellent hotel is comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly, and it is in the perfect location for a theatre weekend!

Great location and friendly staff but the room was super tight. We understand most hotels in NYC have small rooms but the layout and furniture and placement of things in this room were very uncomfortable. You had to do a back bend to cross the foot of the bed, there was no space to have a flat surface, the toilet placement felt like I was in an RV. The shower was missing one of the glass slider doors so the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. Might be ok for a single traveler but this king size bedroom was too small for 2 people. Again. Served a purpose for one night to see a show, but most likely won’t return.

My biggest complaint is how ridiculously loud the chime is for the elevator. Unfortunately I was right near the elevator, but it is so loud that you can hear it ring on other floors than your own.

well located hotel, close to time square and the broadway theaters. My room, in front of the street, was very quiet. Fitness center 24/24 is greatly appreciated by travellers. one comment however: i have been 3 nights in this hotels and for 2 nights i did not have correct hot water. i believe this must be underlined in terms of comfort, the output for hot water might not be sufficient (not a question of stairs or timing). but all the rest is ok
