The staff is AMAZING!! breakfast was DELICIOUS! Dog friendly for $30 a night. The property is run down, older and had an odd smell. We had an ocean view room on the 3rd floor for $300 a night. Really over priced for the condition of the property.

The room was just average, bathroom was bad enough I wouldn’t take a shower, but the view was awesome. One of our room cards didn’t work, and when I asked for another one, the clerk acted like it was my fault, annoying. The room was very quiet even though there were people all around us, which was nice!

Stayed at the Coratel Hotel with my best friend and her four kids for a weekend getaway, and we had a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind—he upgraded our room and even worked with me on the price when it was initially out of budget. The continental breakfast was fantastic, the pool was warm, and the hot tub was perfectly hot. The only small inconvenience was having to ask for pool towels each time, but staff brought them quickly. Our ocean view balcony was the cherry on top—we could see all the fireworks just days before the Fourth. Would definitely stay again!

This property was fine. The lobby and common areas were clean. It does not have pretty landscaping or decor, but it is practical and gets the job done. The rooms could use some paint and wall cleaning. It was comfortable and peaceful, clean and friendly. Very, very simple.

Overall good for the price. The breakfast was awesome but all the good stuff runs out quick. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was mildly clean. Couple holes in the walls and found someone’s old sock behind the bed.

The rooms were small, but clean. They had a wash station outside so that you didn't track sand into the hotel. Breakfast area was large, but amount of food was not suitable for the amount of people. Many hot bins were empty, fruit bowls empty, and only a few slices of bread. Breakfast hours were 7 to 930 and we went at 815. Overall not bad for a single night stay.
