My parents stayed at CityStay for a weekend, they were two people, one with a disability (needs a walker, but can take the few steps to the entrance with help).
They arrived late as their flight was delayed but, having stayed here once before, we were aware to let them know in advance.
The guy at the reception was a bit confused as I was with my parents and he thought it was going to be three people, but after explaining I was just accompanying them to the room everything was ok and he was nice and accommodating.
My parents were also given a room which was accessible with the walker, but wasn't super spacious.
I think it is a good option if you're coming to visit London and you're going to be out all day, as it offers a very basic level of accommodation, but the price is probably one of the best around, so it's a decent trade-off.
My family has been at this hotel before and they will probably stay again as it is so close to DLR, buses, and District line, and it has a lot of food places around which offer from breakfast to dinner, a corner store, and an Asda open 24/7.
