I can't say enough....check in was welcoming...all amenities were explained...our room was beyond comfortable....I layed my head and was fast asleep....this Motel looks like a revamped mid century 60's.....the decor fits it...they've got a beautiful pool worth taking sometime and swimming in....or just relaxing in the evening.....I loved my stay......

What a fantastic place to stay! A stay at The Imperial is like traveling back in time to the glory days of Route 66!
The room decor is reminiscent of the 50s/60s but with modern accents! My wife and I only stayed one night as we were passing through and now we are staying at a Hilton that is blah by comparison.
Anyone making a trip to Albuquerque or just driving through could do a whole lot worse than The Imperial!

Such a cute motel! We loved the updated (but retro) decor and we were surprised how spacious it was. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet on a Saturday night. Go to the Grove restaurant across the street, down one block. They also have a coffee shop at reception!

This wasn't our first stay here, but because of the location a good memories here we returned. The rooms were exceptionally clean and relatively quiet. Close proximity to many food choices is a major plus.take the 6 minute drive to My Mom's for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. The staff (everyone) are awesome people, friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable. Thx Imperial!
