I was actually unable to stay out the property due to the fact that the front desk is never occupied. I showed up at 3:15 and waited for 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up and nobody answered the phone. I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive it because customer service says they need to talk to the person at the front desk. I have called customer service twice and they have advised that they have also been unable to reach anybody at the front desk.

It's an older hotel. Toilet seat was mismatched. Air conditioner trim was coming off. Coat rack was falling off the wall and the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns . It was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
