Stayed from 2/27/2026 to 3/13/2026 The properties were absolutely deplorable! Trash all over the parking lot. Dog feces. All over the property tried to talk to manager of the hotel about it Zwilso she got very snarky and had a bad attitude and told me if I wasn’t happy than maybe WoodSpring suites wasn’t for me and that I should stay elsewhere next time. Demonstrating total lack of hotel hospitality. Especially for a hotel manager. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice JLaTur. With that being said, I will not book future stays at the wood spring suites Fort Myers Cape Coral. And would not recommend it to any of my family and friends.

The hotel itself the outside is gorgeous and we are in Fort Myers so of course there’s traffic but where it’s located it’s perfect. It’s right around the best restaurants and traffic here in Fort Myers is really not that bad. I’m from Miami mind you. The staff were incredible. This was the friendliest and the nicest hotel and the cleanest and the home is feeling hotel. I’ve stayed in ever. Definitely would stay here again.
