Pool and pool bar were great! Our only problems were a noisy a/c unit and worn carpet in hallway on 2 nd floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and museums. We would stay there again.

Service at this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great…just a short walk to downtown, Mallory Square, and the docks. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Lovely welcome from the front desk gentleman, Rocco. The room was great, but the porch was spectacular! Mini fridge and microwave in the room, very nice. Porch had a nice table with chairs plus a couch AND a hammock! Pools were very nice, perfect temperature. We also enjoyed the "starter" breakfast every morning and the coffee in the lounge area. All in all, next visit to Key West will be spent here, for sure.

The Bishop is a great place to stay in Key West. Their location is a few blocks to the Harbor and Duval, but tucked away enough to be laid back and relaxing.The rooms are unique and "all" the staff are amazing. We've stayed twice and will be back in the spring. We love this place!
