Fantastic Find!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment hotel — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! The flat was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a real sense of comfort and style. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and the entire space felt very well maintained. One of the standout features was the balcony — generous in size with a lovely view, it became a perfect spot to relax. The flat was also incredibly well equipped, with plenty of fans provided, which made a huge difference during the heatwave. Communication with the management team was excellent from start to finish — responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. I also really appreciated how safe, practical, and accessible the space was. It’s very disabled-friendly, which added to the comfort and peace of mind during the trip. Overall, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Whether you’re staying for work or leisure, it ticks all the boxes — clean, comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed. Would absolutely stay again!

Property was in excellent condition. Great wrap around views for balcony, furnished to high standard, excellent amenities and everything you needed for a short stay However internet did not work, no airconditioning or access to open windows making the night very uncomfortably hot. You can tell it’s recently built as there’s lots of snags ie patio doors, lift not working, loose patio tiles.

The owner has built brand new apartments. They are really nice…. Very comfortable, close to public transportation…. A couple of things that would help overseas travelers with limited space in bags…. Provide three soaps (hotel size small) as per stay…. Put paper towels for use, fix the bathroom window (unit 2 window does not close properly), the temperature control on bathroom is not working properly… not sure what happened to the security deposit…. Overall a great experience…. Loved it

This flat is spacious inside. I had some issues with communication with the host after booking the property. It was for the same day so I was anxious about being able to get inside. I called them a couple of times and only received a VM. When I emailed them they responded quickly but when I arrived and wasn’t sure of the apartment number and emailed to ask them, they told me to read the instructions of which were quite lengthy. I told them that they could have just told me the floor and apartment number instead of making me stand in the entry of the building trying to figure out where to go with my suitcases. The building is right next to a train track and it runs until around midnight and starts bright and early. You can hear it along with some poor little dog that is left alone all day. Not having a hairdryer provided along with some basic supplies, such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, etc was shocking to me. I have never stayed an a short term rental that was so lacking in basic necessities. Both mattresses were very thin and full of springs. So they didn’t help with getting a good night’s sleep especially when combined with the noise from the train. The property has potential but needs some serious upgrades.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé et en plus nous avons eu la chance d’avoir l’appartement avec la grande terrasse, même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter en cette période, la vue était quand même incroyable. L’appartement est spacieux est bien équipé. Comme évoqué en privé, je pense que la literie a fait son temps et qu’il faudrait changer les matelas. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Dans les commentaires, je n’avais pas vu que l’appartement était pas loin d’une ligne de chemin de fer, elle n’est pas trop gênante, mais malheureusement nous avons eu lors d’une nuit une maintenance ce qui a été extrêmement bruyant.

La estancia ha sido muy buena. El apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones, aunque eché de menos elementos básicos como algún sobre de café o té para no tener que comprar, o más papel higiénico. El barrio no es del todo bueno. En mi opinión, esto era lo peor. No obstante, volvería a cogerlo porque está bien comunicado con el centro y el apartamento es maravilloso.
