This is a nice little hotel close to everything. Nice and helpful staff. We had a room on the 5th floor away from the street. We loved the room. It was spacious and nice. we could have used some more space around the zink for our toilet stuff or a shelve. There were nowhere to place our stuff. The breakfast was nice and it was well prepared. If e sould have stayed longer it would have been nice with some alternatives. The breakfast room was freezing cold as they have opened up to the street and you could no enjoy the nice breakfast because of that.

I specifically chose a smaller hotel where, as a solo traveller, the reception team would recognise me as a guest and I wouldn’t be totally anonymous. I also took time to find a hotel that would offer comfort and cleanliness. This delivered on all fronts. Front of House team and breakfast team were friendly and super-helpful. I had booked 3 nights in an internal facing room, which was very quiet and I slept beautifully - v comfortable bed! For my last 2 nights I moved to a premium room on the top floor with its own private sun terrace. Although this overlooked the street, I slept well there too and heard no nighttime street nouse at all (unlike a fellow guest who was in a room on the second floor). The only downside to this hotel was the lack of common areas to sit, have a drink, chat etc, which their sister hotel nearby (Veinteuno) does have. I have no complaints, though - would definitely stay here again. Final comment on breakfast - you choose from a menu in the adjoining cafe so it’s not a breakfast buffet. I found there was plenty of choice and a bonus that all cooked items were prepared to order so fresh and hot.

Would have liked an English-speaking channel that wasn’t a news channel. Would be useful if they provided kettle and mugs in room without having to ask. Hotel breakfast delicious with varied options. Location is fantastic - middle of the historic old town, lovely cathedral, museums and gallery, nice restaurants, bars, cafes, great food market all on the doorstep. Main shopping streets for fashion, necessities and a wonderful gelataria/patisserie 10 minutes walk. Cantera beach 10 min bus ride. Bus station with good bus system for the whole island close by.

The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. Light sleepers beware. No tea making facility in the room or a stocked bar. Water is provided every day. The staff will provide you with a kettle if you ask.
