The area in which the hotel was in, did not have power. The hotel had a generator that only powered the general areas but not the rooms. The hotel advised to sleep in our rooms until electricity returned. Myself and my colleague opted for a nearby hotel with power. Hotel does not want to refund the 1 night we did not stay in their hotel because “it was outside of their control.” The only option given was to sleep in a room With power.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

O estacionamento do hotel é pago - R$ 50,00. Achei caro e nao tem nenhum aviso sobre isso. No quarto so tem 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Nao tem nada higiene pessoal. So sabonete liquido. A cama tinha uns buracos no colchão. O cafe da manhã estava muito bom, com bastante variedade. Gostei bastante.

O hotel em partes é bom, moderno e bonito, porém fomos em casal e o quarto era com camas de solteiros. Pouca iluminação, deixando todo o ambiente muito escuro que mal dava pra se maquear por exemplo. Faltou uma iluminação mais forte. O café é bom e com bastante variedades. Pagamos 50 reais para deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel e quando fomos embora, nosso carro estava do lado de fora, super quente por conta do calor.
