Read the reviews. They’re correct. Emailed me the wrong code. Some random lady knew the code to my room. Trash in the room. Dirty sheets. Smelled bad. Rooms don’t have private bathrooms. It’s a hostel. Didn’t stay. Left to an actual hotel.

Terrible stay final boss. The room was extremely small and clearly not cleaned. We found dirty underwear under the top bunk bed mattress and inside the closet. There were roaches and ants in the bathroom, which was filthy. The sheets had unexplained stains. The check-in instructions were unclear, and the room was excessively hot with no access to air conditioning.

The room next door was robbed by the cleaning lady. The place was shared with like 10 closet sized bedrooms. Everything smells terrible. Food and trash all over. Crackheads and sketchy people sharing the place. We nearly got robbed ourselves too. Don’t go here. Place is an absolute scam and should be taken down from Expedia. Don’t go here.

Im very disappointed I never use the facility I make reservation and 3 hours after I have personal problems and I cancel my reservation and the charge whit no help to cancel my reservation I call to the facility and no body take or answer mi call to explain my situation way I cancel . The "staff" is an old lady setting guests up to be robbed. Sure literally set me up in a room with no lock (physical lock with "missing key") so that my belongings were vulnerable. When I stepped in the bathroom, I heard the door of my room close. I was locked out of the room. -- Long story short, my phone was stolen. I had to call the police in order to recover my property. This property should NOT be listed. If it continues to be listed, I will make sure the body camera footage of the officer that helped me recover my phone is released. I'll probably do it regardless; The public should know what you're setting them up for. That house is a criminal operation, plain and simple. Please don't ignore what I'm telling you.
