Beautiful hotel built into an old power plant. Staff outstanding, breakfast decent (hot sandwiches but no chafing dishes with eggs/protein). The rooms were spacious suites. Free ahuttle to The Event Center and casino. Only complaint was the bes was "lumpy". I would definitely book again.

$500/ night to listen to night staff talk to their girlfriends/ boyfriends on the phone when they should be working. Traveled with my service dog and was put in a room close to the breakfast which would’ve been fine except this was my vacation and at 530/6am I’m hearing people clank and bang around preparing breakfast :-(

I ended up horribly ill for my stay and the staff was VERY accommodating. I vomited in a hallway trashcan on my way to my room and it was cleaned up like it never happened in less than two minutes and the lovely cleaners didn’t make me feel bad and got me to laugh because I was visibly distraught. The front desk staff was VERY nice and the room was an amazing makeshift hospital room for my stay. The included breakfast is a bit lackluster for such a nice hotel (everything is single serve out of fridges and not made on site) but they have kitchenettes in the suites so it’s not a huge deal. Jokes of illness aside I would rebook this hotel 50 times over and any time I go back to Philadelphia this will be the only hotel I even look at!

Parking was convenient but you were only permitted one vehicle per room, so if you were meeting people who all were staying at room, you were required additional vehicle to park at casino. Minor inconvenience but still one, Biggest complaint though was the "free" breakfast....UGH! Coffee was from Keurig and provided only powdered creamer! Really! It market's itself as high end and this is what you provide after paying a bunch of money for a night! Packaged breakfast. Not impressed! Sorry
