Loved the quiet at night Did not like staying near the pool as it always echoed so loud down our hallway on the second floor. The karaoke singers on the weekend are too loud for a small area and echoed so loud down the hallway.

El hotel es nuevo ! Camas muy comodas , alberca y tinas de hidromasaje de 10 ! me gusto Lo malo : muy lejos de el malecón y los accesos a la playa , el desayuno una grosería y el mesero solicita propina antes de que termines y el personal de recepción no tienen criterio para darte una habitación antes del horario estipulado que es a las 3 pm considerando que el hotel estaba semivacio ( es temporada baja ) y ni siquiera nos ofrecieron disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel llegamos a la 1 de la tarde creo que no les quitaba nada que nos dieran habitación en ese momento ! Y claro que se puede por qué nosotros llegamos de otro hotel Fantástico el Emporio que llegamos el 19 de octubre a las 11 am y nos dieron la habitación inmediatamente !! Así que para el personal de recepción le doy un 0 fue una chica que nos atendió !! Y solo por ese motivo no regresó a ese hotel ESTA MUY LEJOS DEL MALECÓN Y DE LA BANDA un desayuno PÉSIMO y su personal no acorde a las necesidades del usuario !!

La habitación contaba con bastan Tea cosas que otros no incluyen, el cafe deja mucho que desear la vrd y la tele que no tenga los servicios servicios de streaming ya instalados para que uno pueda usar sus cuentas o poner algo le resta puntos pero de ahi en fuera todo excelente , el personal muy atento, el bar espectacular de noche y el estacionamiento es bastante amplio la vrd

Está súper cómoda la habitación. Lo malo y es súper necesario es el elevador, dejó de funcionar como a eso de las 7pm y todavía al día siguiente a las 8am seguía inhabilitado, horror cargar con todas las cosas por las escaleras. Muy padre la terraza y la alberca.
